A Tranquil

Barton house is located in a semi-rural setting,
yet it is only minutes by car from Exmouth town
centre and the beautiful village of Budleigh
Salterton. Our guests find the peaceful location
ensures a very good night sleep and we aim to
make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Rooms:
All our rooms are tastefully furnished and we can offer double or twin accommodation
with either ensuite or shared facilities (dependent on occupancy levels). All
have T.V. radio alarm clock and tea/coffee making facilities . |

Rates:
£ 25.00 - £35.00 per person per night which includes full English
Breakfast.
£ 40.00 - £50.00 per night for single room occupancy.
Parking:
There is parking available directly outside the property.
Children:
There is a small adventure playground area on the farm close to the
property
which can be used by our guests children.
Jewellery:
Wendy is a Jewellery designer so there is lots of her work displayed
in the breakfast room. She would also be happy to design something
special for you during your stay.

We offer a full English breakfast served in our
dining room between 8.00 am and 9.00 am. Please
organise times on arrival If you require an early
start.

Menu:
A choice of cereals, fruit and fruit juices
Sausages, bacon mushrooms, tomatoes, and free range
eggs.
Toast, marmalade, preserves and local honey
Tea or Coffee
The breakfast food is mainly locally
produced when available.

1. FROM M5 MOTORWAY
Exit at junction 30 and turn left onto road signposted
EXMOUTH A376. At the first roundabout again take
the road signposted EXMOUTH A376. At the next roundabout
turn left onto road sign posted WOODBURY and BUDLEIGH
SALTERTON. Continue through WOODBURY village and
take first right signposted BUDLEIGH SALTERTON, turn
right at the end of this road onto the B3180 and
carry on past a right turn signposted EXMOUTH. Within ¾ mile
turn right onto St.Johns Road.
We are about ¾ of a mile on the left with ST.JOHNS
IN THE WILDERNESS CHURCH
at the end of our lane.
2.FROM A30/A303
Turn left off A30 onto the B3180 signposted EXMOUTH
and BUDLEIGH SALTERTON. Continue on this road for
approximately 8 miles and carry on past a right turn
signposted EXMOUTH. Within ¾ mile turn right
onto St.Johns Road.
We are about ¾ of a mile on the left with ST.JOHNS
IN THE WILDERNESS CHURCH
at the end of our lane.
